We were out again this past saturday and had a good day.I caught another pike .This one grabbed a small perch I was hand lining in.About 3. feet from the hole this northern rushed in and grabbed a 4 inch perch.Shocked the hell out of me.The pike held onto the perch as I brought it thru the hole,.you'd a thought he'd let it go when being pulled out of the water.

It was the same size as the one in the pic,Hunt.
Man are they ever good eatin too.I coated the fillets in a seasoned flour and dipped them in an egg wash and fried em in oil.Almost didn't get any by the time the girls got thru with em.Good thing I had a bunch of perch fillets too.

Sounds cool.
We're about to run out of water to fish in around here.
Seattle gets rain every day for a month and we've had .35" since Halloween. Most lakes are a minimum of 10' low and we've got several that are closed to boating because of the level. Those that are still open have only a few ramps that you can launch from anyway.
