Day 2... We have almost everything done. I decided I didnt want any legs at the rear and dad agreed that the ladder would give plenty of support. I have cut the legs for the top railing, but we dont have enough metal to do the railing. As soon as my uncle gets me another load of scrap itll be done. Then all we will have to do is wire it up. Most have extension cords, but I want mine to be hard wired with only one cord for the lights. It is heavier than I was wanting it to be. All we could find was 3/4" outdoor treated plywood.. The board made it atleast twice as heavy. This is what makes it tricked out! Ive never seen anyone do this before. Me and Jamie talked about it after trolling around one day. your foot and leg will get really tired and cramped from having to hold it so high. I designed the box and me and dad figured out how to mount it so that the foot controller will be recessed into the deck and almost flush to help with leg and foot fatigue.

Thats a great looking rig. My son & I are thinking of trying bow fishing. We have been seeing some huge gar while we fish. I just have to try it.

Got done with it today and took it for its maiden voyage. Me and jamie both got a couple kills off of it. No Cats though just some gar. There was some more bracing done on the legs, but it was too dark for pics when we got done and we were trying to get it as fast as we could so we could get out on the water. Ill try to get a couple pics of it with the bracing tomorrow. Here is how the railing looks. And I left the camera at the shop so no fish pics....

Is it top heavy at all, or dont you notice it? Looks like it will be very usable, and lots of room to manuver around.
