It aint that top heavy. It had me (about 210 and jamie about 230) on it and you didnt even notice it.

do you use a trolling motor or air fan...the fan is the way to go......i used to have a boat..but back injury took me outta bowfishin for awhile...just do it for fun on the banks now....if you want i have alot of ideas for a boat....most have went to air boats here which work well i guess but drink gas...and are terribly expensive...

They only allow fans or airboats in certain areas around here.

The water is just getting high enough to be able to do anything. All Ive shot from is the bank and boats set up similar to mine.

well i think here it will be getting good in the next couple of weeks...just finishing up on my new bowfishin bow....just hope my back holds out ok....i love the sport and just can't give it up........i usually now just hunt a couple rivers and sloughs....but will try the lake(ky) some..they are some hogs in there......good luck and aim low lol

nope no alligator gar...wish we did... we have long nose gar..short nose gar....buffalo...carp...bofin(dogfish)....and we are allowed some catfish.......cannot shoot any game fish...but we have enuff of the others to keep us busy..lol

We can shoot all kinds of fish down here in Louisiana, now I just need to go do it and learn how.
