got munched on by a garr

went fishin'/drinkin' last weekend.
fished all day and nothing....my husband was slayin' them.
finally it was my turn...it was a MONSTER garr....my husband had caught the same one couple weeks before that but never got it on land so i made sure i was doing everything right....we finally got him on land. ;D
i was posin' for pics when the big guy wiggled out of my hand and almost landed on huntnma...now that was funny!! ;D next thing you know i've got blood gooshin' out of my arm....got the first aide kit and cleaned it up...had little puncture wounds and fang marks on about 4in. of my arm....never even felt him bite.
got a couple more pics and then we basically called it a day.
i might have only caught one but it was the biggest. ;D ;D ;D
he was about 4 to 4.5ft long....very fat.

i thought about it but i'm gettin' chunky again so i decided against it ;D...maybe i'll crop me out of it and just show you the fish....lol. ;D

someone will have to post it for though cause i still haven't taken the time out to learn how to do it. ;D

Ouch! Keep antibiotic ointment on that. Those things are nasty. I still have two teethmarks between my thumb and forefinger from the last Alligator Gar I caught.
He was only 2 ft. long though.
Post the pics. We promise we will only look at the fish.

i have one that will work but for some reason my server is down and it won't let me so it'll have to wait.

i grabbed the first aide kit as soon as it happened so it healed in no time...it's almost completely gone now.
