I have mybe a pound and a half or Perch eggs in the Frigidair thawing.
Perch eggs, fried taters with onions this afternoon. ;D
I grew up eating Perch, Crappie and Gill eggs, do you folks eat them or trash them?

I use my salmon eggs. With alittle bit of borax and jello you have some good salmon and steelhead bait. But i wouldnt eat the eggs if my life depended on it.
