turkey contest rules

1- you have to sign up by March 1st 2004....y'all have a month....the end of the contest will be when everyone's season is over.
2- you must have pics of the bird,the beard(s),and spurs with the measurements showing.
pics can be sent to either bogobble or myself or y'all can post them if you know how.
they must be posted before the end of the contest.
3- try to get the weight but we'll take y'all's word on the weight.
4- i'll come back to add more if need be...after i talk to bogobble. ;D

rule #2 about takin Pics of the beard and spurs, is not only for scoring the turkey, but also will prove the turkey was taken this spring. ;D

And we'll just go with the honesty rule on the weight of the turkey. ;D

The formula for overall score is: weight (lbs. and oz.) plus 10 times spur length (right plus left) plus 2 times beard length.
