OK so no ones even going to guess come on now all you Turkey hunters! Well I can almost bet no one has even seen one in the woods or hunted for them but might have seen pics or heard of them before. Don't let me down now come on! ;D

I KNOW!! I KNOW!! But I am not gonna tell ya. ;D Let me know if I am right about this though. The back of the turkey, between the head and the tail has feathers that are angled up. Just like the pic and not like a merriam. Although the one on the left looks like a merriam and the right looks like it could be either with the cream colored tail feathers, these birds are not found in the United States. Kalib looks like you know your Turkeys! These two birds are the same kind just hard to tell by the pics I guess. They are New Zealand Bronze Turkeys. They are all over in New Zealand and get as big as easterns do here. Pretty birds with their dark backs and lighter tail feathers!
