how many use a deer decoy? what has been your experience with them?

I have on and off. They dont scare deer, so its not bad. And I know of atleast one occasion I wouldnt have killed a deer if not for the decoy. I have had button heads stare at them and keep thier distance when placing a decoy in a field. The deer still entered the field and ate though.

I'VE NEVER USED ONE AND SEEIN' AS I'M A PUBLIC LAND HUNTER I DON'T THINK I EVER WILL....JUST WOULDN'T BE SAFE.
