Depends on the stand. I have some I can park within a couple hundred yrds and some I have to walk a 1/2 mile or so.

I usually place my stands atleast a mile from the nearest road. I like getting farther into the woods or higher on the mountain than most folks are willing to walk.

Depends. Ive had stands less than 10 yards from the two path road. Other stands were well over a mile. Just where ever I find the sign.

From 1/2 mile to 1 1/2 miles. Its not getting to the stand thats the problem. Its dragging that 160 pound buck back through the swamp.

I don't walk to mine. The truck stops and I jump off. I set my bucket down, have a seat and wait for the bowooooooooo, bowoooooooo!!!! It gets my blood pumping just thinking about the sound of those hounds running!
When I occasionally still hunt about 200 hundred yards usually. We have logging roads all over our club and there is no need to park any further than that.

Not far to too far. Ive sat in places where I couldnt hear a car, then again Ive shot deer after waiting on a car to get out from behind it.

Since the woods that I have hunted were not that big to start with I have walked from a half mile at times to as little as 200 yrds. After I found out I could park closer The half mile was cut down considerably, to maybe 300-500 yds. Parking was/is dependent upon if the crops are out or not and if there is an access path for the farmers tractor back to the area. I hate walking thru unpicked soy bean or corn fields. It is like walking thru a lake to get to your stand. Well at least you get that wet anyway even if you do not drown as you would trying to walk thru a lake with a stand and all that other stuff on.

Last fall I was on a new least and the walk was about 1/2 mile from camp and I had to plot it on a GPS so I could get to it. Never could find the damn thing in the dark without the GPS.
