From: North American Hunting Club weekly news: Pennsylvania Right-To-Hunt Legislation Pushes Forward HARRISBURG, PA—The Pennsylvania House of Representatives sent a constitutional amendment to the state Senate last week that would guarantee residents there the right to hunt, fish and trap in accordance with state law. The legislation now awaits action in the Senate and if approved, would be added to the commonwealth's ballot to be voted on by the citizens this November. Doesn't sound too much like a big push to eliminate hunting in Pa.
