Due to my illness I wasn't able to hunt any in december, but a good friend of mine from Va. StarvinMarvin, one of the original "5 Amigos" from my hunting club came down a week before x-mas and shot the biggest buck ever killed on my land a very impressive 9 pointer..which would have been a 11 pointer but had two kicker points broke off both g-3's...I am waiting on the pics and will post them when I get them from him..I was so glad that somebody got to come and hunt my place this year
myself..I ended up shooting 8 bukcs this year and a doe..a 9..two 8's ..a 6..two 4's a 3 and a cowhorn...all in all a good year for me...really my best so far..next year I hope to have a few more visitors..(hint hint) StarvinMarvin and myself are planting some fields and building some elevated box blinds (handicap accessable) in the spring so the hunting should be as good as ever next season....for Shorthair...so sorry I couldn't get your way, but I WILL be there next season if the offer still stands to hear the hounds and maybe get a deer, but if I don't get a deer...hearing the chase will be good enough for me...again sorry for the no show, but I would love to hunt down your way
