I got 1 late monday evening with a Crossbow, Crossbow season came in state wide here in Kentucky, So I borrowed my Granpa's Horton Legend II an took to my ladder stand around 2:30 monday evening, after only being positioned in my stand about 20 mins a young spike an a lil doe came out to eat some corn out from my feeder, I could see clearly that these 2 were defintly not shooters, They finally left an it was 2 hours before the next deer came out an I knew that 1 of the does headed my way was a shooter, so i got ready an sure enuf she presented me with a 15yrd shot an she dropped where I shot her.

Good deal cuz. Those crossbows must be tuff. When I bow hunted I never had a deer drop where I shot them. That's why I quit bow hunting. ;D

Congrats on the deer. I've always been intrigued by crossbows and I always wanted to shoot one to see what all the commotion is about hunting with them.
