img.villagephotos.com/p/2003-8/359654/Nov12114.JPGIt ain't purdy (broken right side, 2 on left with a nub for a brow tine) but it is meat in the freezer. Nov 12, 2003, 5:45 pm, warm, light wind Gun: Single shot .243 w/ 100gr soft points Distance: 60-75 yards Distance deer ran: 0 inches Hunting from ladder stand on a fire break over 3 year old planted pines. Used Primos 'lil can' & homemade scent killer. Could have taken another buck but didn't want to be greedy hunting on a friend's club as a guest.

The way I look at it is that any deer taken is a deer to be proud of. You done good and like you said " it's meat in the freezer"
