Just curiuos how everyone else does it. Do you hunt from a fixed stand, a climber, a ladder stand, a box stand or maybe even a ground blind.
I personally have 2 climbers that I use to move around with. I'm wanting to add a coulpe fixed stands to my arsonal, but I love to move around too much. I keep 4 to 5 bait piles going all the time and like to mix it up so I don't develope a pattern. I also like to be able to move where the deer are or switch trees if I miss the set-up slightly.
What do ya'll like ? ? ?

Anymore from a dove hunting bucket. I started hunting with dogs a few years ago and all you need is dove stool for your snacks and such.
When I did still hunt exclusively I used a combination of homemade wooden ladder stands, homemade wooden box blinds and sometimes a an aluminum two piece climber.

Mostly spot and stalk for me.I like to get where I can see alot of country and glass it with bino's and my spotting scope. The area I hunt the most is being logged and there are cut blocks from a few acres to many acres. I have one hang on stand and just built a 15 foot ladder stand.I'm not really into stand hunting but am trying.

All of the above. I seem to have killed more deer just sitting against a tree though.

I have probably 12 hang on stands, 3 ladder stands a climber and a couple of ground blinds and 3 tower stands set up on 3 different properties covering about 1000 acres. I use climbing sticks with the hang on stands so it just takes a few minutes to take them down and set back up if I need to change locations.

I built a cadillac of a ground blind a few years ago and have hunted almost exclusively from that until the trespassing kids have torn out the windows, jimmied the door, and shot it full of holes.
I prefer hunting from a blind. Now I also get to hunt the little peckers who have torn mine up.

I dunno on a cold cold winter day its hard to beat my pickup truck.lol especially when its raining or sleeting I like to setup in my truck watching over a big field, I can hide my truck pretty well in the pine trees. I do alot of stand hunting either out of my TreeLounge or my ladder stands its all good to me aslong as Im in the woods.

I have a ladder stand that I do some bowhunting out of but other than that I mainly use climbers.

usually hunt from my climber or one of my ladder stands but occassionally i build a blind or hang out in the branches of a fallen tree....i don't like wanderin' but once in awhile i'll leave early so i can stalk my way out...but that's rare.

we have a bunch of Ground blinds set up in thye woods we hunt. They are just a bunch of old loks, twigs and whatever other debris you find close just to break up your silouette from the deer. Works fine for us when you are using a rifle !

Mostly from a tree house. The place where I hunt let us build some and they have a roof chairs and sides. They are the best i've ever hunted from. i can't imagine using anything else now.
