We're under a heavy snowfall advisory tonight and it's sposed to snow for the next two or three days.Saturday is the opener for white-tail does.Time to put the bows away and get out the meat maker ;D
We have four doe tags and should be able to fill them with no trouble.

Good luck this weekend, hope you get to fill your tags.
I've never got to hunt in the snow, I bet in some ways it would be cool, but then again it could be a pain too.
Be careful and let us know how it goes!

Ive only been able to hunt in the snow once, It was more of an ice storm by the time I got to the woods though. There were branches falling and trees breaking, If its always like that yall have some GONADS for hunting in it all the time.

Go get 'em Blue. Our gun season opens Saturday but I'm betting against snow.
Tx Parks & Wildlife has a special doe season in January if the population in a particular area is high enough, but generally its either sex.
Have fun and take pics.
