I'm planing a duck, goose, and dove hunt in Argentina for next year and I came across a question I can't find an answer to. What's the going rate for tipping a guide?

I saw this discussed in an issue of Wild Fowl last year and I can't remember exactly what they said. But I think it was like 10% or something if the guide did a good job of putting you on game. They did say it's your responsibility to accurately shoot the targets and not to blme the guide if you can't shoot worth a toot.(I'm sure that goes without saying though.) From what I've heard about Argentina the dove hunting is almost obscene.

Some of the packages I''ve looked at include the tips. Other than that, I don't really know.
We tipped a goose guide 20% the only time I've been on a guided hunt. We limited out in about two hours so he definately put us on the birds. Plus he worked his tail off putting up kites and fixing the dekes and stuff. He even retreived the birds that would coast for 200 yds before finally folding up. We helped him set up and take down the spread, but the rest of the time we were there to shoot.
