I remember about 4 or 5 years ago watching Knight and Hale TV show and it seems they were crow hunting and were grilling them but I can not find a recipe of any kind for crows anywhere. Can anyone help me out please?

I wouldn't do it. We set up decoys and shoot em for fun but we just let the yotes hual em off.
Mr4pt has eaten one before, I think. If I recall, he said it was the nastiest thing that ever touched his lips.

You gotta be pretty hungry to a crow, not as hungry as you would need to be to eat buzzard, but pretty hungry none the less.

Chuck's Famous Crow
6 Crow breast 1/2 cup Flour Bacon Drippings 1 Onion,chopped 1 Garlic Clove,chopped 1/2 cup Dry Red Wine 2 cups Carrots,sliced 1/2 cup Celery,chopped 1 cup Green Pepper,copped Salt and Pepper
Roll Crow Breast in flour and brown in bacon drippings.After browning,add onion and garlic.Saute.Add wine and cook on low heat for 30 minutes with cover on.Add carrotes,celery and green pepper.Salt and pepper to taste.Cover and cook for another half hour.Add more water to the pan liquid for making a tasty gravy to complement the entree if gravy is desired.Serve over rice with buttermilk biscuits and lettuce salad.

Now this is abeleive it or not!! I read about EATING crows .I did a search for crows AND the article said that crows have been eaten for centuries!! Just recently the myth came about that they were not great to eat ...===tool===
