Yes to everything except warm. It will help with wind chill, but the thin fabric has little insulating properties.

For those requirements I think we are looking at a poncho and a folding chair! ;D

I have two different types. One is the original Outhouse, it will seat you comfortably. But it is a thin fabric with absolutely NO insulation properties. Also, it is not water proof either. Found that out real early when I got it. Had to open my little Buckwing umbrella and tie it up inside. The other problem I had with it was the size. If its just you, not a problem. But I have two boys and the OH is not big enough for three. So I got a bigger ( 6'x4') for $100. The roof comes off for duck blind, and has a ton of zippered windows for shooting ports. Have to look when I get home to see who makes it

One of the new doghouse blinds are light weight. easily carried (in their cases), roomy enough for two with folding stools. Heat? Maybe one of those small propane bottle heaters would keep you from freezing. Actually one of them would also work in the outhouse. But then again the more accessories you take with you the more weight you have.

One- I hate to say this but what is a deer cart? Is it like one of the deer drag things that Cabelas sell? I too like comfort at my age comfort is a necessity. That is why I use ladder stands. Only bad thing about that is I am pretty well stuck in one place. Moving a 50-60 lb ladder is not easy. I have done it if I have guessed wrong about deer activity. No I do not have a trail camera. The wooded area that I hunted is not mine and I am afraid to leave something that costly out there. I am thinking about getting a tripod type stand and maybe building sides and a roof on it to make it more like a box blind. Then I will probably look into putting a small proppane heater in. And that should make it comftorable. Hope you enjoy your dog house.

LOL @ Toolman......
Sometimes I fell like that's what I need.
Oneshot, someone on here built a portable blind out of their own materials. Looked pretty damn good too.
Who was that?
Bucktales? I think that's who it was....
Throw in your 2 cents Kip!!
