Yea,it is a big one .But It looks to me like it's a cross breed. The muzzle is big and round like a dog not pointed like a yote.If it is a purebred she's a monster.

I would also say its a cross between a coyote, and a domesticated dog. That is big.

During the spring when the new born fawns are on the ground, any coyote is a serious threat to our deer herd. I have seen an average sized pair of coyotes chasing a full grown doe deer and apparently they caught her as I found the carcuss a couple days later.
A coyote as big as in the picture could take down just about any game animal or human. Glad it is no longer breathing. A taxidermis friend of mine mounted an 85lb specimen that was killed within the city limits of Longwood, Fla. There had been many reports of missing "pets" in that area before that coyote was killed.
I am in Central Florida, which was not previously known as a coyote area, but in recent years coyotes have made their presence well known. They now threaten deer and cattle herds in most of Fla. counties. Deer hunters and cattle ranchers have reported many losses to coyotes in recent years. We kill one occasionally in my hunt lease but most go unseen. We see thousands of tracks but can't get the animals in our gun sights. They are very wary, smart, and shy creatures and some call them the ultimate predator.

on "the other board" they all claimed it fake, i dont know myself, they dont grow that big here 50lbs would be a whopper for us, they sure are thick though,
my opinion is that its not a coyote at least not full blooded, the snout just looks to thick, around here they are skinnier and almost curl up at the end

something just doesn't look right with the pic. I have seen several here but none were even close to this size. I did see one in Missouri on a deer hunting trip that looked huge, the thick hair adds a lot of size to them.
