Put a 9 pound brisket on it. It should be ready around 6:00.
I made my tater salad last night so it could "stew in it's juices" and be VERY tasty when all the flavors meld together.
I'm fixin to soak my beans right now.

Geeze dude.....80 degrees last Saturday and 2 inches of snow on Monday and another 6 on Thursday. 55 is the high for today. It was 26 when i got up at 6:00.

Here's the tater salad recipe:
Fatboy’s Tater Salad
3 pound new potatoes, quartered, cooked until tender and cooled 1 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup Creole or whole grain mustard ¼ cup dill relish 2 ribs celery, chopped 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice Hot Sauce Salt Freshly ground black pepper 3 large shallots, finely chopped 1 tablespoon chopped garlic 3 large hard-boiled eggs, sliced 1/4 cup chopped green onions, green part only
For the Salad: In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatos and remainder of ingredients. Season with hot sauce, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
