Take about 2 pounds of tenderloin. Chop one medium onion and saturate with a bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce. Drop in some garlic powder and black pepper on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake to your hearts content.

sounds good....i'd like to try it but only way to eat the tenderloins are if they are fried.

its sounds kind of blasphemous, but you will never have better meat in beef and noodles, that to replace the beef with tenderloin. same with vegtable beef stew
