I have found a great way to cook my deer steaks, i take a normal container used usually to marinate and i season one layer of the steaks on the bottom of the container with Cavenders Greek seasoning and pour Worshteshire sauce and then add another layer on top of that, etc. Then i just let em sit for an hour or 2 and batter em with flour and alittle pepper, it's really great yall should try it.
