I had it for the first time, when you grill out, take a beer can with little less that half way full, put the beer can on the grill and take you a whole chicken and put the chicken stanging up on top of the beer can where the beer can is in the chicken, and let the chicken cook, man its makes the chicken so moist and not dried out, its the best chicken i ever had.. anyone ever had it

Yep....one of my favorite ways to cook a chicken. There was a lengthy tread in the Camp Fire forum before the crash.
I like to rub the bird down in cajun shake like Tony C's and use a dark beer like Guiness. I take a pair of pliers and completely remove the top of the can and add a quarter of an onion to the beer for extra flavor.

ive had some "fried" turkey i'll have to try that, except ill be using cornish game hens, i cant stand the dark meat of a chicken. it would go to waste

I love it that way. I also stick a sausage in the neck cavity and that really adds to the flavor.

Wife came home yesterday with a Big high dollar Ice Chest she found on the way home,it had a 6 pack of Bud in it. ;D What can you do but have Drunk Chicken!!!! ;D oneshot
