I tried this the other night and it turned out great. I took 1 1/2 lbs of venison burger, (all lean), and mixed in 2 eggs and 3 tablespoons of A1 steak saace. I then mixed in about 3/4 cup of Italian bread crumbs. Made medium sized hamburger pattys and cooked in an electric skillet with cover. Best deer burgers I ever ate. TRy it.

Oh, No, FL,
A good meatloaf sandwich would have plenty of onions and anchovies in it. ;D
