SO we know there are lots of different ways of doing this...here is mine. 1-I parboil my ribs for about 10 minutes to start 2-In the meantime my coals are getting right in my smoker. 3-Remove the ribs and pat dry. 4-rub em down with your fav bbq rub, KC masterpeice makjes a good stroe bought on in a shaker. If you want my recipe, well...you ain't got enough money ;D Place your ribs in the sm,oker, if you have a charcoal grill just make your fire on one side, and put the ribs as far from it as you can get. 6-thro the pre soaked wood chunks right on the coals, and let em smoak for about an hour. then wrap em foil to keep em moist and continue to cook for anothe 45 min or so. 7 reomve foil and add your fav sauce, I like carolina gold or clarks grill'n sauce both are at your grocery store, the fresh market has one called "bone suckin sauce" you need to try it. let em cook till the sauce sort of drys on em and take off, and eat. Here is mine...

Looks damn good bro.
Par-boil, huh?
I've never tried that before. I can see how it would 1) cut down cooking time and 2) make em real juicy.
I'm tryin that next time I smoke ribs. I'll consult with you first.
