I think this is what you were looking for. I had it last night with my steak. It's one of my most cooked dishes.
5 medium potatoes diced
Salt
1 small onion chopped
Pepper
1 bell pepper chopped
Bacon sliced
Grated cheddar cheese
Garlic powder (If You Like)
Tear off a large piece of heavy duty foil and place on a flat surface. Spray it with nonstick spray. Place diced potatoes, onions and bell pepper in the center of the foil. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. At this point, you can add the uncooked bacon pieces or you can fry them and add later. Wrap the foil up around the potatoes tightly and place on the grill 20 minutes each side. If cooking in the oven, cook at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle grated cheese and crisp bacon over hot potatoes.
