We put this 13.5 pound brisket on the smoker at 8:00 yesterday morning. We took it off at 6:00. It was to die for. I meant to take more pics but didn't.  |

That looks and sounds like it was great.......My wife said next time, give us a couple days notice and we would head toward Dallas. LOL
