They are legal here in AR and I used one for a season when I cut the tips of my fingers off. Same as Blue, I have nothing against anyone who uses them, they are just not for me. You still have to get the deer within 40 yds and have a clear shot, they are just so cumbersome to carry around.

This was the first year I used one due to a Shoulder Operation. had to get a permit from the State..... I really like it & hope the pass it here in N.J. ;D

Legal here for disabled...and for me it's getting harder to hold one at full draw...plus the one I held recently was alot lighter than my Tiger..
