Well, I went and walked around on the 64 acres. While we were walking along the creek I stepped on one of those big nails the size of a RR spike they used to build wooden bridges with and got to spend 4 hours in the ER. I dont recommend trying it.... Messed up a good pair of Muck Boots...

I figure if you get sent to the ER and put out of work for 2 weeks on your first visit it may not be in your best interest to buy...

Still havent been able to find anything that I really like. How hard was it for yall to buy a place? Why cant I make myself settle for something that isnt exactly what I want?

for me it wasent hard luckly grew up o n my dads place family farm.... but setteling ant that grate of and idea..........
buying land is a big invesment i wold be looking for what i want..
But the question is what is so hard to find? the place where the lands at. the amount of land or the price?
or is it something that could be changed?
like you realy want a creek on the land.. you fide a place that you like but no creek.. well woulod diging a pond work inplace of the creek?
Or do you want woods? well if you plane on staying there longenough you could plant your own woods.

I only want to go through this once... I just looked at 100 acres, its out a little further than I was wanting. Worth thinking about with what its priced at though.
