Do you spend lot of time & money trying to improve habitat for bigger healthier wildlife (ie year round food plots, tree planting & pruning, year round suplimental feeding, etc)? Do you seasonally feed for attraction (ie fall food plots)? Do you do nothing? Or do you hunt where management is forbidden (ie state management areas, federal forests)?

Up until now it has only been corn prior to season & food plots in fall. This spring I am going in with my bros in law to start several food plots designed for year round feeding.

I hunt where I live in a Natianal Forest so doing anything in there is a no go.
As far as the yard I have rye grass that comes back every year, honeysuckle, persimon tress and kudzu. So I dont do anything much around the house either since there is plenty of stuff there.

Actually, we do all, depending on where we are hunting. We have a club that does all, and we hunt federal properties too, National Forests and Military Posts.

Just got into doing food plots last year. Mike father inlaw owns 17 acres they let me play on. I bought 100# of Oats and got him to plant a couple plots. Then he decided he wants to plant the whole 12 acre field in Oats. Should be a hot place later in the season.
