Cherokee Hog Hunting Bow Hunting only Cherokee, TX ( in between San Saba and Llano)
$75 a day per person to hunt: $100 for a 100-150 pound hog, $150 for a 151 pound hog and over, $1 a pound for meat hogs under 100 pounds, $50 per person deposit to book a hunt

Hmmmmmmm....to bad no guns.
I hunt alot around Cayuga and $200 is good for 3 hogs.
Guided or hunting feeders?

East of Corsicana.
BIG hogs over there......it seems like you just walk right into the middle of them.
We hunt feeders there too. Bout half the time you never make it to the feeders. That area is so over run with hogs that it's really spooky. I've walked right into their beding wallers and they never made a sound til I was all up in em. Done that a couple of times.

We are also over run with hogs. I have walked up on there bedding areas many times also. We also hunt over feeders. They are comming to the feeders real good right know. We never pressure them with guns just with bows.

Yes, you can use a crossbow. A non resident exotic 5-day license fee is $45...
