Hey Benhuntin and I finally got together and he is comeing down to try and kill him a pig or two saturday. Hope he gets a shot at one, been seeing lots of sign so ya'll wish him luck it will be his first porker.

Although we didnt see any hogs on Saturday I still had a good time. It was great meeting GCH and his brother.  I think the weather and the moon had everything holed up. The hogs were laying in the thickets where it was nice and warm while we were out fighting that bone chilling wind. Sometimes I wonder which one is the smarter species.   I started to think I wouldnt make it home that night. I got pulled over 3 times for a broken tail light.  No ticket though. |

Hey bh glad you had a good time, they weren't moving Sunday either but I did manage to take a nice doe today out of the shooting house you were in Sat. We will have to get together again and go after them.

Congrats on the doe. I would like to do this again. But I think next time we'll plan it away from those full moon artic cold windy days. |

Too bad about the weather but it sounds like you had a good time. That's all that matters. All experiences with friends makes life long memories.

BTW, With good Cur dogs it doesn't matter about the moon, the daylight, or the dark. :-)
