This is the stickmarsh barr hog being drug out. We were 1 1/2 - 2 miles away from the truck and it was a long drag. You can see the type of terrain where we hunt and find the big rough hogs. Dave1

having flashbacks of my first hog/dog hunt last year....it was traumatizing. still don't know what's worse....the stuff in the pic or the switchgrass from hell.

we prefer to call it redneck skiin'....lol. we gave that up after i almost ran over hm's head...not saying that we won't ever do it again but when you almost kill someone you tend to not want to play that game as much.

Damn that looks like it could be part of my laese. Throw on some saw grass and palmettos taller thanme and I'd feel at home there.

GCH Only a few unusual people would see any beauty in a place like that. It is a real hell hole in places and a long way from the truck. That is where the "hands on" action with those big hogs gets hot and dangerous. We feel fortunate when man and dogs survive those encounters. I'm sure you know what I mean. Dave1
