This might work for the tissue part, I havent ever tried it except on snake skins. After a reasonable cleaning take whatever you want cleaned and put it on an ant bed. They will strip a snake skin very quickly.

maceration for a skull mount is the easiest way ....just stinky....remove head where the skull/neck meet....skin out head, remove most meat, eyes, what brains you can dig out....then place in bucket or container and fill with water to just under the burr of the antlers and cover bucket...place in sunny location...wait a few days.....pour off half the water (you want to keep the bacteria in the water) and remove whatever you can off of the skull.....repeat until clean....to whiten the skull soak in peroxide
