It's been to darn hot to wade out into my favorite wood duck hole at the club. I don't want my puppy to get chomped on by a gator.
We'll hit the lake Thursday for geese before the feasting starts.

Definately too warm, collected woodies and a gadwall for the opening weekend. My predictions were right. . . . ;D

Sh how ya been? man ive been to busy to do anything but thrusday i get to go on my first duckhunt. im goin with my girlfriends dad and brother we'll be at the lake so might see ya if not goodluck.

Went out for the first time this morning. Saw quite a few birds, but was only able to scratch one drake mallard. Saw a ton of geese, but they didnt want to play. That is of course until I was packing away the last decoy and five of them came straight over the boat.  Oh well, will get em tomorrow |

Got some in bama last weekend, but the fog and wind didnt cooperate i believe we could've packed out limits if it wasnt for that. Brought out woodies, gaddies, and ringers despite the conditions.  |

Sounds good, i'm in finals for the next week and a half then off for about 2 weeks starting the 15th.
Oh yeah, packed 3 limits out of Bama Saturday - gaddies, ringers, buffleheads, and teal. ;D

Here comes the season again and it's like friggin summer out there! I wanted to do some scouting this week in the mornings before work but I've got something going on every morning this week. |

Here I sit at like 6:45 AM on December 9 and it is 66 degrees, I will be glad when the cold gets here for sure!!
