Welcome fellow waterfowlers! It's good to see some CSRA folks here. My name is Russell Wilder and I live in Evans. Maybe you know me?
How did y'all find us here?
I knew when I saw the name deepstep it had to be a local person. Is that where fish or where you set up for ducks? ;D

Me and Deep grew up here and hunted here all our lives my name is Chad and his is Jeff. We found the site just by searching we really just got into the chat forum about a year ago with SCDUCKS.COM but we have had differences with them and found this place which looked the best. We are glad to be here and like the site. Hopefully we can get together sometime and share some holes.

Hey shorthair.. I have a 5yr old male shorthair named "stonewall", he is jam up as they come on quail, and recently he has been making awesom water retreives, I just never thought about using him for duck hunting, he is so dang smart it is scary, he'd hunt anything I believe, here is a pic from two years ago, stonewall is closest to you in the pic, and his brother sterling up front

When are you people gonna get it through your thick skulls SC renamed your lake to Lake Thurmond? Does anyone call it anything but Clarks Hill? I think the renaming was kinda like renaming a highway after some one, its still always called what it was before.

Some of them durn sandlappers call it Thurmond but it was called Clarks Hill for some 38 years. It's a hard habit to break. ;D
