That isn't pizza. It's bread and spaghetti sauce with cheese. I make the absolute best individual pizza you ever sunk your lips into. My wife demands it once a week. I make the dough and sauce from scratch. The doe takes about 3 hours and the sauce about an hour. Fresh(not preserved) mozzarella cheese, chopped basil which I grow and freeze for all year enjoyment. Tomatoes, pepperoni, red peppers, onions, a spinkle of olive oil.... YUM YUM. I usually serve it with a big salad or some homemade chicken wings that are absolutely the best you'll get anywhere. They take about an hour. This afternoon I took 5 hours and made "Magnificient Maranara" sauce for my spaghetti and Italian sausage, salad, homemade garlic bread, etc etc. Last night it was porkchops, candied squash and sweet potatoes etc. The night before baked Zuni Chicken, asparagus, yukon gold garlic potatoe patties I came up with etc. Yup, I'm a cookin' fool folks. My wife finds all these recipes in gourmet magazines and I round up the ingredients and make it. Going into winter I'll do lots of soups.
