Had a buck come up to 8 steps the other day. I put the pin on him, looked down to make sure my cam would clear the stand then I guess I either pulled down or leaned back. After my cam slammed my stand the buck just stood there while I tried to get another arrow out. It finally saw me and ran off. Looked like a 13" or so 6pt. I dont know why Ive become afraid of stepping up and putting my leg against the front of the climber, hell I used to stand on the damn thing if it would help me get the shot... I started getting pansified last year. I got me a good harness yesterday so maybe that will help me out some...

WUSS!!!! ;D
Seriously, you can't be too safe in a stand and a harness will no doubt make you feel more comfortable.

That is why I don't have that bar in the front.
