This is what it looked like on the trails.That's about a 10 year old spruce bowed over by the weight of the snow.  |

This is my quad after a couple hundred yards of breaking trail.The bush was just layed across the trails and trees up to 6to8 inches in diameter were broken.  |

Man, I love hunting in that kind of woods....deep snow, quiet....you can see the deer a mile off......Love it !!  I just hope there is some of the white stuff in Northern Wisconsin on the 22nd....but it doesn't look too good, supposed to be in the 50's ! |

Flhuntress,you'd never be cold in my camp . There's a wood burning stove in that wall tent and you can sit in there in shirt sleeves and not get cold. Shorthair,where this camp is situated isn't far off a well traveled road but hardly anyone comes into there.Mostly road hunters and oilfield workers. |

Beautiful pics... the first one looks like it should be on a post card...
It's a good thing ya got that tent and stove Blue.. weather like that I'm thinking it wouldn't take long to FREEZE to death !!!!
