Ok, we got dumped on yesterday/last night. I just got done darn near rebuilding the stinkin' snowblower, and the driveway is cleaned out. Was a busy day at work yesterday, but I got Sat/Sun/Mon off this week. Hopefully this snow will have the deer moving. I am not going to hunt my good stand. I dont want all the idiots following my tracks to my stand. Now that my chores are done, I will get to hunt the afternoon, and hopefully see a few deer.
Anyone else get any snow? We got 6 inches here, and 10 miles north of me got 12+". Supposed to warm up a bit next week, and probably melt the snow.

I just want some normal November weather. We've been in the 80's for week which is 15-20 degrees above normal for us. I would gladly take some of your weather right now. It just don't seem right hunting in short sleeves. It was cooler during the early goose/teal season we had in September than it is right now.

Same here until Wed. or Thursday. We're finally getting cooler weather, but this rain/drizzle makes you cold to the bone.
Hope the weather turned for you up there Bucktales. Looking forward to good news.

Another goose egg for deer sightings again today. This morning was 8 degrees when I woke up, and promptly went back to bed. Deer were in the fields all day long, and when I sat tonight, nuttin was moving. I will get up in the morning and go, I promise. Something about leaving a warm bed to go sit in 8 degrees just didnt appeal to me today.

Im not getting old, Im just getting wise. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D There you go. After you've killed so many deer you figure out sometimes it's okay to stay home and not freeze to death.
