I want to. A bunch of boys I work with have cars and run them at the Screven Motor Speedway( a small track in Screven County ,GA). We've had dirt track about five miles from house for 20+ years and I never seem to make it out there. But it's on my list of things to do.

in the early 80's me and a few friends had a car...old camaro #22...we used to race some at Gaffney and Laurens..never forget scouring the junkyards for old station wagons just to get the rear-ends out of them

I used to go all the time when my dad raced. I bought a car but never ran it. I still have it at the shop. Only reason I bought it was so I wreck him

Haven't been to one in a few years since the cousin that raced in it moved to asphalt.
Lately we have been going to dirt drags. They call them mud but I would class it more as dirt. It is cool being 3 feet away from the return road and the track is right passed that. The rules seem to vary by track so it is a lot of "run what ya brung" feel. Nitro, alky, ahh the smells...
