Anybody have one? That is probably my favorite 22 rifle of all time. I've only had one and ended up trading it off for 4 new tires for my truck, back in my younger days. I guess at the time I got the better end of the deal but the tires are long gone and somebody still has a nice little rifle.

I had one, wasn't any real hell.I think my Ruger 10/22 is more gun than the nylon 66 will ever be.
I spent alot of time cleaning the 66 so it would cycle properly, had lots of stovepipes with it.

You betcha!!! I have had mine since 1971. It was the first rifle I ever shot and 33 years later it was the first rifle my daughter ever shot.

Yeah I had one but basically it was knackered, even had to get a new barrel for it as the old on was cracked but the firing pin kept breaking the retaining cross pin and I gave up on it and sold it.
