I just got a my new rifle. ;D Its a Tikka T3 Hunter in .243 (i had to go with convience of ammo and the lighter bulelt rather than the .25 06) and it is a sweet gun. I put a luepold 3-9 40x VX I on it and it is awsome. At 100 yards after just sighting it in i had a little less than an inch group. The actions is very slick. Anyone looking for a new rifle should definitly check out Tikkas. I compared it side by side with a ruger, remington, and winchester to not only find that it had a better action but it has a beautful stock and was a better buy. I havent shot it passed 100 yards yet but i bet it will preform nicely. I simple love it. Coyotes in Georgia beware! ;D

I have killed alot of deer in Ga. with my 243 and don't see changing calibers anytime soon. Tikka is supposed to be a fine rifle.

Hi All, Well congratulations sre in order, the Tikka is and has always been a fine maker of rifles for the hunting man ;D Perhaps Remington and Winchester should take a leaf out of their book
