A Rainbow

This is one of the little guys we caught on Tay Lake Saturday.

It's a 7 mile atv trip into this lake,which is part of the fun in itself.We had the whole lake to ourselves all day and fished till dark.

We stopped at Burntstick yesterday on the way home and fished for an hour but it was pretty cold and the fish weren't biting very good.I did manage to catch the biggest yellow perch I have ever caught,3/4 of a pound! Unfortunately no pic of it on the lake but it's in the fridge so I'll get the missus to take one just so I can show it off ;D

Yeah that is a good yellow. I know they don't get too big but everyone I talked to says the eat really good.
