I just wanted to stop by and let all the other hunt team members know that I finally got to the woods to hunt. I hunted Friday and Saturday, and broke camp this morning. Unfortunately, my hunt was unsuccessful, but my huntin' buddy busted a three-point Saturday am. However, I did get a little excited when a very large doe came bustin through the brush and stopped about 30 feet from me, and didn't even realize I was there. Too bad this is bucks only this part of the season. The best part of it all, is just being able to get out & enjoy God's creations, and the commaradary with my fellow hunters. I've still got til the end of January, Good Lord willin'. Best of luck to all the teams & hunters with the rest of their hunting seasons.
