When I got out of the truck this afternoon it was 95* and blue skies. at about 6:15 the wind got bad, then around 6:25 it started thundering. I was about a mile back in the woods and figured Id get wet on the way out anyway so I stayed. From around 6:30 to 10 minutes till dark it poured.... Figures huh.

We're getting a big cool down this week........59 for the high tomorrow and low 60's for the weekend. It would be a great weekend to be out, but it's a youth hunt weekend and the woods will probably be orange........blackpowder next weekend which reminds me that I need to get my butt out and get some more Power Belt Bullets!

I actually wore a light jacket to the club yesterday and had the heater on in the ruck for a little while. It needs to cool on down some more before next Saturday when we release the hounds.
