Mine would be backstraps cooked with onions and shrooms or fried rabbit, mashed tators, gravey, and homemade biscuits.

fried backstrap......with hot sauce of course....and a nice salad (fresh) w/ ranch dressing...and either a baked tator or fries.

oh but then again fried wild turkey with hot sauce is awesome too....think i'm leanin' towards the turkey.

A prime cut elk or moose roast done in the dutch oven with spuds,onoins and carrots.

I think back strap is right up there forsure but my all time favorite would have to be grilled pheasant.
