I just re-seasoned my 12 inch dutch oven at MIDNIGHT! Too many beers to acheive this task but I did it anyway. It's ready for hunting and camping season.
The house is FULL of smoke and I can't believe that my wife has not gotten up and chewed me out about it.
Well, it's ddone.

Yeah....he's right....
You could season a turd with salt and pepper and grill it over hickory and it would be excellent.
