I like mine at 3 mile level.....AS LONG AS THE FLAVOR IS GOOD.
I have a bottle of Dave's Insanity Sauce and it SUCKS!!!! The heat is truely insane but the flavor SUUUUUUUUCKS.
I also have a bottle of Pain is Good Batch #114 and it is hotter than Dave's but the flavor is impecable.

I like to taste what I'm eating,and not have snot and tears running from my nose and eyes ;D.More into the spicey hot than the burn the tastebuds off hot.

Three Mile Island for me.......Ever tried "Hotter Than Hell" hot sauce? I've seen it but never tried it. I like ALOT of hot stuff but just for an everyday sauce, I like the Cajun Chef Louisiana Hot Sauce. It's not AT ALL hot (for me)and the flavor is very good. |

It's hard to find a good HOT sauce that has the right combination of heat and flavor. Very true. If you like alot of heat, try the Pain is Good Batch #114 if you ever see it. The flavor is really good and it's made from scotch bonnet peppers. |

I LOVE hot stuff, but it gives me the hiccups in a bad kinda way.... ;D....I eat one pepper and hiccup violently for about 10 minutes...then it goes away. anyone knows what causes that?

I use to like it hot,but had most of my teeth pulled and now Can't take the heat on my gums. If I hiccuped it would be out the wrong end. ;D  |
